To bring our scratch-made ice cream to your event or celebration, email events@michigancreamsugar.com. Please include date, guest count, event type and location in your email.
Party To Go
Our Party To Go package is a simple, convenient option for all gatherings and celebrations. Choose from our
pre-selected list of handcrafted flavors, served in individually labeled,
pre-scooped 3 oz portions for easy serving and cleanup.
- $3.75 per 3 oz serving
- Minimum order: 10 scoops
- Napkins and spoons are included with every order.
Include an insulated bag to help keep your ice cream cold and ready to enjoy. Orders are available for
in-store pickup.
Please note: this is our only catering option that does not require an
on-site staff attendant during your event.

Scooped to Order
Our Scooped to Order package brings the full ice cream shop experience directly to your event, adding a fun and personal touch for larger gatherings. Choose your flavors from our pre-selected menu and a Michigan Cream and Sugar team member will hand-scoop ice cream on-site for your guests.
- Includes up to 2 hours of service
- Minimum of 100 guests
- $8.00 per portion + 20% service charge
- Delivery is included within our local service area. Additional travel is billed at $3.50 per round-trip mile.
